Mid-Western Nigeria Development Plan 1964–68

This development plan sets out the programme for the economic and social development of Mid-Western Nigeria following its creation as Nigeria's fourth Region in 1963. It covers primary production, industrial production, education, economic and social infrastructure, administration, financing, manpower and employment, and the machinery for planning and implementing the development programme.
