Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act, 2025

The Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act, 2025 establishes the Joint Revenue Board, the Tax Appeal Tribunal and the Office of the Tax Ombud. It provides for the coordination of revenue administration in Nigeria and sets out arrangements for handling tax disputes and matters relating to taxpayer rights. The Act also contains provisions on the composition, functions and powers of the Joint Revenue Board, the operation of the Tax Appeal Tribunal and the responsibilities of the Office of the Tax Ombud. It includes further provisions on administration and other matters connected with the bodies established under the Act.
