Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria Act, 2022

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria Act, 2022 repeals the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria Act, Cap. F5, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, and establishes the legal framework for the effective management of airports in Nigeria. It provides for the establishment and governance of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, its functions and powers, airport management, security, funding, essential services, offences and related administrative matters.
