The Electronic and Postal Communications (Online Content) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025

These regulations amend Tanzania’s online-content rules. Among other changes, they introduce obligations for internet service providers to restrict access to prohibited content and for social-media platform owners to filter and remove prohibited content. They also address application procedures for online media services and artificial-intelligence-generated content.
