Division of Revenue Act 24 of 2024 (English / isiXhosa)

The Division of Revenue Act 24 of 2024 provides for the equitable division of nationally raised revenue among South Africa's national, provincial and local spheres of government for the 2024/25 financial year. It determines provincial and municipal equitable shares, provides for conditional allocations to provinces and municipalities, and sets out responsibilities for municipalities, provincial treasuries and National Treasury in managing these allocations.
