Annex to SADC Protocol on Trade - Sanitary and Phyto-sanitary (SPS)

This annex establishes regional rules for sanitary and phytosanitary measures affecting trade among SADC member states. It addresses the protection of human, animal and plant health, risk assessment, harmonisation, transparency, inspection, technical assistance and the resolution of trade-related SPS issues.
