Agricultural Product Standards Amendment Act 12 of 2023

This Act amends the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990, by updating definitions and introducing provisions for auditing product management control systems. It also provides for cost-recovery tariffs charged by assignees and further regulates the Minister's authority to make rules concerning audits and management control systems. The amendments support the regulation and quality assurance of agricultural products
