Agreement on Trade Facilitation
World Trade Organization (WTO)
The Agreement on Trade Facilitation establishes measures to expedite the movement, release and clearance of goods, including goods in transit. It also provides for cooperation between customs and other border authorities, transparency of trade procedures, and technical assistance and capacity building for developing and least-developed countries. The Agreement forms part of the World Trade Organization's multilateral trade framework.
